	The Igor Award Occasionally, the Symphony recognizes somebody who has created a change that has brought the Symphony to a new level. How The Igor got its name

	2012 - Nancy Wright 'Restructuring the Symphony business operations to produce clarity of responsibility and providing an example of good leadership over a long period of time.'

	2011 - Ian Cleghorn 'Being the "idea guy" behind many successful and innovative projects.' Ian is presented with his Igor by Board chair Nancy Wright. His wife Lyn is on the right.

	2010 - Pamela Mia Paul 'Creating the Lewisville Lake International Chamber Series and devising creative links between the Symphony and the University of North Texas' Pamela Mia Paul receives her Igor from Ian Cleghorn

	2010 - R Neil Ferguson 'Masterminding the Daniel Pearl concert and demonstrating the Symphony has the skills to smoothly handle an event more complex than anything previously undertaken.' Neil receives his Igor. The wording is inscribed on curved glass and more visible to Neil than the camera.
