Kirsten Brown

2007 Symphony Angel

The Lewisville Lake Symphony has selected Kirsten Brown as its 2007 Angel.

The Angel Awards was initiated by Greater Lewisville Arts Council.  All its participating organizations need volunteers to thrive and, once a year, each group honors an outstanding volunteer who has given time and talent generously.

Kirsten, a teacher in the Lewisville ISD, is a long time Symphony volunteer.  Three years ago, she began managing the Symphony’s box office.

If not for the team of volunteers who work the box office with her at each concert, Kirsten says she might think the job work. As it is, Kirsten finds managing the box office a great pleasure and she looks forward to each new season.  Kirsten is very thankful for the opportunity to help provide great music to this part of Texas.

The Lewisville Lake Symphony starts its new season in September this year.  Over 24 seasons, it has become one of the most respected regional orchestras in Texas.
