The Friends of the Symphony have taken numerous international trips. They have found that it is more pleasurable to be in the company of friends and acquaintances than journeying with strangers.

The Friends have cruised on the Rhône through southern France, and the Seine through the north, followed the Danube through Eastern Europe to the Black Sea, explored Egypt and Russia, traveled among the islands of Greece, and taken a safari through Tanzania's Serengeti.

As you travel through Ireland, delve deeply into the magic of the Emerald Isle, a land rich in history, legend, verdant landscapes, and stirring
music.

Begin your journey in Galway, an enchanting city on Ireland's western coast where there's a tune playing around every corner.

Experience the eerie landscape of the Burren and at the towering coastal Cliffs of Moher as you travel to Killarney, then on to Cork and its nearby seaport of Cobh. Departing Cork, you'll continue on to Waterford, then finally arrive at the Irish Republic's cosmopolitan capital, Dublin.
